A significant national conference will be held for two days on June 6-7 in New Delhi under the revered guidance of senior Buddhist leaders and Dharma fighters.

The conference aims to strengthen the ongoing movement for the liberation of Mahabodhi Temple in Bodh Gaya and formulate a global strategy for the promotion of Dharma.

A significant conference was held on May 13 at Sikkim House in Bodh Gaya under the name of All India Buddhist Forum. The conference focused on in-depth discussions on the Mahabodhi Monastic Movement in Bodh Gaya.

The participants from different organizations unanimously decided to form a national committee to guide and expand the movement. The committee will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the movement to liberate Mahabodhi Temple, a sacred place cherished by Buddhists all over the world.

Based on this collective decision, the following events are planned:

Janta Mantar Mass Protest: On June 5, a massive national protest will be held at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, involving Buddhist organizations and supporters from across India. The demonstration aims to amplify the call for the liberation of Mahabodhi Buddha.

Two-day National Conference: A significant conference will be held in New Delhi on June 6-7, from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm each day.

The conference will bring together Buddhist monks, scholars, organizations and Dharma activists from across the country. The conference will not only focus on the liberation of Mahabodhi Buddha, but will also develop a comprehensive plan to promote the Buddha’s teachings around the world.

The conference aims to serve as a platform to unite the Buddhist community and supporters in a common commitment to Dharma and justice. The conference aims to promote collaboration among organizations and individuals to strengthen the movement and ensure its success.

In addition to the immediate goal of liberating Mahabodhi Temple, the conference will also outline a roadmap to spread the universal message of peace, compassion and wisdom taught by the Buddha.

The National Coordinating Committee of Buddhist Organizations cordially invites all Dharma followers, Buddhist organizations and conscientious citizens to participate in this historic event.

Participants are encouraged to contribute their ideas, visions and efforts to make this movement a transformative force for justice and unity.
